About KEBSL
Your Home Is Where Your Heart Lives
From London to Nigeria — building dreams, transforming spaces, and creating lasting legacies.
“I left London in 2010 to start over in Nigeria.”
After years delivering renovation and construction projects in the UK, Kay returned home with a vision: to help people build with confidence. Today, Kay's Electrical and Building Services Ltd. delivers residential, commercial, and institutional projects in Nigeria, while continuing renovation and refurbishment work across the United Kingdom.
Every project here is more than bricks, wires, and materials — it's about creating spaces where people can live, work, grow, and build their future.
The inspiration came from family: Kay's father was an electrical contractor, and watching his dedication became the spark for Kay's own path. That journey led to a degree in Electrical Engineering in London, and eventually to founding Kay's Electrical and Building Services. What started as a passion for electrical work grew into a broader vision for construction, renovation, and property development — always built on three principles: Quality. Trust. Long-term value.

Building Across Two Countries
Our experience spans two countries and two construction environments, giving us a unique understanding of what our clients need on either side. In Nigeria, we handle residential, commercial, and institutional projects — helping clients turn plans and property ambitions into reality. In the United Kingdom, we continue to provide renovation, refurbishment, and building services, bringing the same attention to detail to every home and property. The goal is simple: work our clients can be proud of for years to come.
More Than Construction
Along the way, we've created jobs, developed local talent, and brought together the best of British construction practice and Nigerian craftsmanship. We believe construction should create opportunities, not just buildings — every project is a chance to support skilled workers, develop young talent, and contribute to the communities we work in. We're not just building structures. We're shaping futures.
Our journey
One team, on site, start to finish.
The road wasn't always easy — challenges, setbacks, and lessons that tested our resilience shaped the way we work today, and taught us the importance of honesty, accountability, perseverance, and delivering on our promises.
Our Motto
“Your home is where your heart lives.”
For over 24 years, we've turned visions into reality — building not just properties, but lasting legacies for generations to come.
