The Brief
A diaspora client, based in the UK, commissioned a family home in Lagos to be built to the same standard as UK construction, with remote progress reporting throughout.
Challenges
The client could not be on-site to review progress in person, and the plot required significant groundworks before foundations could be laid.
Our Solution
Ran weekly photo and video progress reports for the remote client, and sequenced groundworks and foundation work ahead of the wet season to keep the programme on track.
