The Brief
The existing wiring predated the property's last two renovations and was no longer safe to certify. The client needed a full rewire completed around their young family, with minimal disruption to finished rooms.
Challenges
Original lath-and-plaster ceilings made cable routing difficult without visible patch repairs, and the family needed to remain in the house throughout.
Our Solution
Phased the rewire room-by-room, running new cabling through the void under the floorboards wherever possible, and matched plaster repairs to the existing finish before decorating.
